Returns

We are sorry,but we do not issue any cash refunds,only a store credit that can be used to purchase anything from our
store location.

S.O.P.= Special Ordered Part(s),Can Not be return to us,the vendor or shipper and there is no refund,store
credit,credit or replacement on Special Ordered Part(s).

ll exchanges/returns MUST be pre-approved by Dr.Dane's Staff only! If you like to return something,please call us at
1-800-939-9956 or 985-893-0050,
to arrange a return authorization (R.A.) number that will be issued only,after 7
days of the purchased date on your invoice.Any/ALL part(s),that were purchased from us
,MUST be repacked in same
shipping secured packing box(s),a long with the same Part(s),in the clear bag with instructions and the Invoice,and the
Free-Gift(s),that was shipped to you. If not,a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the Part(s),price only,that is
on your Order(s),and Invoice(s),and after we receive it we will credit your Pay Pal or Credit Card Account in 10
business days.

Unopened Merchandise

Unopened merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit, less all shipping costs for any other product we sell
without a restocking fee charge.

Opened Merchandise

Opened merchandise may be returned for a store credit less a 30% restocking fee,Any/ALL part(s),that were
purchased from us,or shipped from our distributor(s),
MUST be repacked in same shipping secured packing box(s),a
long with the same Part(s),in the clear bag with instructions and the Invoice that was shipped to you secured guideline
shipping and re-packed. Opened merchandise may be returned and a
restocking fee of 35% will be deducted only if
merchandise is not returned in the corrugated shipping box/bubble wrap envelope or the double boxed in its original
factory carton/s,packed the way you received it,factory packed,(un-damaged unit,styro-foam, warranty card,
instruction manual, all included accessories and all Free items given). You will be charged extra for any missing or
damaged items upon return. Any/all returns on machinery,product(s),part(s),accessory(s),that were purchased out
from our store location,without styrofoam,or newspaper packing,there is a
35% re-stocking fee and You will be
charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return.Any/All machinery,part(s),product(s),shipped by our
distributor(s),to you by your mistake when ordering are Not returnable or refundable, non-creditable or no-store
credits will be giving.(

We cannot take any returns on opened software or embroidery cards unless the item is defective and in its original
packing,in which case it will be replaced with an identical item.
We will replace any unit under warranty claim that the manufacturer determines to be defective in material and
workmanship, that cannot be repaired within 29 days of purchase. We have to see and check the unit/s and
Product(s),first to determine if the problem you are having is covered by warranty claim.

Refusal of Shipment

I
f you,or your party refuses a shipment that was not canceled according to the Cancellation Policy,you and your
parties will be charged for shipping of the product/s both ways. A store credit will be issued for the difference.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order(s),after we receive it and process it into our system and our distributor,UPS,or not,
ground or it is on order,and your order(s),are on hold,or not,a
25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your
statement of payment on the Part(s),and shipping and handling fee and then we will credit your account within 36
hours. Same with shipped order(s),and once we receive it back,with all the FREE-GIFT(S),then we will credit your
account within 36 hours.Any/all damages to any/all part(s),product(s),free-gift(s),will be a
35% cancellation fee

Filing a Claim with a Damaged Part(s),Product(s),from UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Service

You will have to contact either UPS or Fed-EX,to file a claim,Once UPS or Fed-EX claims department has made
arrangements with you to come out to your address location in the first (15),business days of your claim and take
photo images on a damaged in their freight and is inspected by their specialist,fully,and after we receive their
notice,then we will ship you another replacement. This is only if the part(s),product(s),are not discontinued or no
longer available by our distributor(s),or us.



Foot Control Policies

ll/Any foot or knee control pedal(s),that you had order from us or was shipped from our parts distributor(s),can not
be returned. This includes when you state that you had found your original that was misplaced,or you do not need or
want it, and you would like to return it.
