We cannot take any returns on opened software or embroidery cards unless the item is defective and in its original

Refusal of Shipment
If you,or your party refuses a shipment that was not canceled according to the Cancellation Policy,you and your

If you decide to cancel your order(s),after we receive it and process it into our system and our distributor,UPS,or
not, ground or it is on order,and your order(s),are on hold,or not,a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from
your statement of payment on the Part(s),and shipping and handling fee and then we will credit your account within
36 hours. Same with shipped order(s), and once we receive it back, with all the FREE-GIFT(S),then we will credit

Filing a Claim with a Damaged Part(s),Product(s),from UPS or Fed-Ex Ground Service
Once UPS or Fed-EX claims department has made arrangements with you to come out to your address location in
the first (15), business days of your claim and take photo images on a damaged in their freight and is inspected by
their specialist,fully,and after we receive their notice,then we will ship you another replacement. This is only if the
part(s),product(s),are not discontinued or no longer available by our distributor(s),or us.
Foot Control Policies
All/Any foot or knee control pedal(s), that you had order from us or was shipped from our parts distributor(s), can
