is approximately $35 - up for UPS 4-7 day Ground service. All accessories less than 70lbs., are
calculated in our checkout manager for ground shipping. All heavy merchandise such as industrial
machines,stands,household cabinets,etc., are shipped by UPS on most order(s).Where some
freight truck line companies and vary in cost from $200 and up,depending on where your order
will be landing. Most freight lines charge a $325.00 -up fee to ship to a residential address,this is
not included for tail gate lifts. Assembled Stands and household cabinets take about 2-3 weeks
to get to your door step through freight line services.

Overnight or 3 day mail shipping can be arranged if we have the item in stock. All or any

(ArrowCabinets),(KangarooKabinets),(Phillocraft).These items may have their own rates for
shipping and may slightly take longer to get to you,but they will come,have a little patience.

Large Item Shopping (freight line delivery)

1. Sewing Stands, Cutting Tables, Cabinets and Industrial Sewing Machines are shipped either
by via truck line, or UPS or Freight lines,depending on your selection. Someone needs to be at
home to receive and sign for the product/s when delivery takes place. Most truck lines will call
you to arrange date for delivery.

2. Provide as many phone numbers as possible to ensure that the shipping company can contact
you and let you know what time and date your product/s will be delivered. You also can use your
Tracking Number to track your order(s).

3. The delivery driver is not responsible for bringing the product inside your home, up or down
any stairs or into any particular room. Their responsibility is to deliver the product/s to the
delivery address and unload the product/s from their trailer. The driver's responsibility does vary
from state to state. It is always a good idea to have someone there to help you unload your

4. Always inspect your shipment
BEFORE signing for it, only if it is possible by Shipping
company and delivery man. It is best to completely remove your shipment from its containers
regardless of the condition of the box. Inspect it thoroughly, assemble the product (if possible),
and if it is damaged make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt or repackage and decline
delivery. When you sign the delivery receipt, it is a legal contract that states that you accepted
the product in the condition that it was delivered. If opening or assembling is not possible at the
time delivery is received, it is best to indicate "possible concealed damage" regardless of the
condition of the box/es. This is important because once you have signed for your shipment it is
your responsibility if it is damaged.

5. Save your box/es and all packaging materials until you are fully satisfied that your product/s
and all accessories are satisfactory. A good practice is to compact the box/es and put them in
your garage, attic or storage room. Attempting a return to the manufacturer for
repair/replacement is nearly impossible without the proper box/es.

6. Inserts for home sewing cabinets are usually shipped out via UPS or Fed-Ex, and customarily
do not arrive at the same time as your cabinet product/s. Delivery on home machinery inserts
can take up to a few additional weeks to provide for the time it takes to create your insert to fit
your machine/s.

7. Replacement of damaged product/s will occur when funds are received from the shipping
company after the claim/s have been filed properly. Normal claim time is 4 to 6 weeks from the
date claim/s were made.

8. UPS, Fed-Ex or Any Freight Line Does NOT ship to PO Boxes !
